Q: Can I return an item for a different size?

A: Of course you can! As long as the item is in it's original condition as you received it. Just simply return item back to us with your invoice and a note of what changes you require. Please note: If the item you have purchased from us is custom printed and you have purchased the wrong size, it will not be accepted to return. Q: What size is suitable for me?

A: We have a size guide for chest fit measurements available for every specific garment we sell. These can be found in the description area of each item you are wanting to buy.

Q: Am I buying a quality product?

A: Absolutely! All our items sold are brand new, unworn garments, printed / embroidered to order (if you are buying a printed or embroidered item), from when you place an order with us we will print / embroider your product with top quality vinyls / threads for the best comfort and durability available. Each step of your order is handled with full care and attention before being posted out to you - we do not send out faulty products!

Q: Can I customise my product?

A: We sell a variety of custom printed items. If you would like something that is not listed here please email us on sales@lifeguardgear.co.uk with what you would like and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: When will my order be dispatched?

A: We endeavour to post your item the same day your order is received (on orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday) but please be aware that custom printed or large orders can take longer, but will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Q: Do you post overseas?

A: Yes, we post to all countries worldwide, if you are experiencing problems at checkout due to the country of delivery address, please feel free to email us on sales@lifeguardgear.co.uk where we will be happy to help.
